戦後途絶えていた『日立風流物』復活に尽力した根本甲子男翁の顕彰碑
かみね遊園地を少し登った、やや控え目な場所に設えてあります
因みにこの碑は、日本最古の地層より出でし５億年前の花こう岩で出来ております
